Project Description
The study is to determine the feasibility of a tree and native plant nursery in Alpine County that would provide seedlings for forest restoration for the eastern Sierra and western Great Basin. If a nursery is shown to be viable the next stage would be to interest agencies or organizations to construct and operate the facility.
- The contract to conduct the viability study has been signed with The Beck Group, and work is beginning in September.
