Project Description

Sierra Founders Academy is a bold new initiative designed to inspire and equip the next generation of young entrepreneurs across the Sierra region.

Rooted in the belief that rural communities thrive when their youth are empowered, the Academy provides hands-on learning experiences, mentorship, and the tools needed to turn ideas into action. Through a series of engaging workshops and real-world challenges, participants ages 14–24 will explore business fundamentals, build confidence, and connect with local leaders who can support their journeys.

Our vision is to cultivate a culture of innovation and self-determination—where young people see themselves as changemakers and job creators in their own communities. By bridging gaps in access to opportunity and fostering local talent, the Sierra Founders Academy aims to spark long-term economic resilience and community pride across the Sierras.

Together, we’re building a brighter future—one young entrepreneur at a time.
